Warranty

Frame: 2 years against manufacturing defects.

Motor, controller and display: 1 year.

Battery: 1 year against defects; capacity loss from normal use is not a defect.

Charger and electrical harness: 6 months.

Exact terms are set by the manufacturer — EMMO, 79Bike or THRONE — and their published warranty governs in the event of a difference.

Wear items (tires, tubes, brake pads, cables, chains, bulbs, grips), cosmetic wear, corrosion, water damage from pressure washing or submersion, damage from accidents, misuse, racing, overloading, unauthorized modification or non-approved parts, and neglect of routine maintenance.

Commercial, rental and delivery-fleet use is excluded unless agreed in writing.

The warranty applies to the original purchaser only, with proof of purchase, and is not transferable. Coverage starts on the delivery date.

Email info@joyridemotorsports.ca with your order number, serial number, a description of the issue, and photos or video. We will diagnose remotely and, if approved, ship replacement parts or arrange service.

Approved claims cover the part and standard labour. Shipping of a returned component may be the owner's responsibility unless the failure occurred within 30 days of delivery.

Use only the supplied charger, store the battery between 0°C and 25°C, charge at least once every 60 days during storage, and keep bolts torqued to spec. Have a qualified technician perform repairs.
