Terms of Service

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once we send an order confirmation and payment is captured. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is out of stock, mispriced, or we cannot verify payment or shipping details.

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Financing is available separately through Joyride Financial and is subject to their approval and terms.

We work to keep specifications, imagery and availability accurate, but colours, components and performance figures may vary by production batch. Range and speed figures are manufacturer estimates and depend on rider weight, terrain and conditions.

E-bike, e-scooter and e-moto rules differ by province and municipality. It is your responsibility to confirm licensing, insurance, helmet and road-use requirements where you ride. Some models are restricted to off-road or private-property use.

Riders must be of legal age in their province to operate the vehicle they purchase.

To the extent permitted by law, JOYSTORE's liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including injury resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to maintain a vehicle.

All site content, branding and imagery is owned by JOYSTORE or its suppliers and may not be reproduced without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
